TARTA AVL System Upgrade
Description
This project will upgrade TARTA's AVL system. TARTA currently has AVL on all fixed route buses. The current system has limited features (location data). This project will replace the current AVL system to provide more functions, including integration GRFS–RT and providing real time and seat/bike rack capacity information.
