City of Toledo Arterial Monitoring
Description
This project will add detection capabilities to key arterials in the City of Toledo, potentially including Bluetooth. In addition, Centracs SPM will be installed to collect data and send alerts on unsafe and inefficient traffic operations to traffic operations staff.
